Fristadskolan currently has two open positions for qualified teachers in Science and Technology. We are looking for you who are qualified to teach one or more of these subjects.

Fristadskolan is a middle school for grades 7 to 9, located in central Fristad, 13 kilometers north of Borås. The school has nearly 400 students. Our students come from both the central area of Fristad and from smaller towns around Fristad. The staff is organized into four teams that collaborate in the effort to give every student the best chance to succeed. The school is constantly developing and is characterized by a pleasant climate where teachers collaborate and exchange experiences within and between subjects. Safety and well-being are a given for both students and staff.

Teacher for grades 7-9 in Science and Technology at Fristadskolan

Your responsibilities will consist of teaching in your subject or subjects. At Fristadskolan, all teachers work in teams that together are responsible for four classes. The school is divided according to the teams so that students have a safe environment, making the school feel like four small schools within a large school. We welcome your interest in collaborating and working to help students develop as much as possible.

We are looking for you who are a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach Science and/or Technology for grades 7-9. You have high and positive expectations for all students. Your approach is motivating, and you work with significant student influence to provide students with various opportunities to develop. To succeed in this role, we also see that you have good collaboration skills and create safety, order, and structure in the classroom.
