As a preschool teacher, you have the overall responsibility for the relationship between children, educators, and guardians, and with your expertise, you will lead the work with children's learning together with others. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and understanding of the mission in our organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are an educated preschool teacher and are ready to get to know yourself at Floda Preschools and develop further together with others. We seek someone who meets people with genuine curiosity and interest in what others bring and how you can meet them. We believe you are interested in what education in preschool can become and want to help shape it together with all of us. We also hope you have experience working with sustainable development, pedagogical documentation, alternative augmentative communication (AAC), and arts-based learning.

We believe that knowledge arises in meaningful contexts and that learning occurs together in good relationships with others. For us, this means that we always focus on the resources we have and what we can do with them in all situations. This has become a way to work with democracy and sustainability in focus, which we call the Third Room. Creativity and reuse in meeting others is a given starting point, and we use the concept of the Third Room both in Floda Preschools' central atelier and in all our preschools and networks.

As a preschool teacher with us, you contribute to our context as a whole. You will help develop the educational environment and the pedagogical documentation to give children the opportunity to listen in and feel involved, want to take responsibility, and contribute to society. You will prepare lessons both collaboratively and individually and continuously receive further training in our deepening meetings that are directly linked to the work you do every day with children and colleagues. Five study days follow the educational year, providing you and the team with extra depth. The management team also includes a pedagogista, an atelierista, and two special educators. Together we work to create a meaningful and developing education in our preschools.
