Are you at the starting point of your career and want to be an important part of a family business that develops products for a sustainable future? We are looking for a Product Responsible Support Function who will play a key role in our client's operations. Here you will have the chance to work closely with both customers and our technical team to ensure that oil separation systems are developed and meet the requirements regarding laws and environmental standards, while contributing to a sustainable and safe handling of contaminated water.
About the role:
As Product Responsible, you will be our technical support for customers and partners. You should have both technical knowledge and the ability to provide high-quality support via both phone and email. You will be an important part of our team and have the opportunity to develop in the role. A day at work means receiving technical and quality-related questions, troubleshooting, testing, and developing solutions, as well as being part of our quality work and product development.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a university degree in engineering, computer science, electronics, or equivalent education.
- Has knowledge of Linux, C, and C++.
- Has a technical understanding and enjoys working with both electronics and customer dialogue.
- Has an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, and enjoys independently investigating and solving problems.
- Fluently speaks English and Swedish as communication is external.
- Thrives in a flat organization with close collaboration between colleagues and departments.
About the client company:
The client operates in in-line measurement and monitoring of oil and chemical content in contaminated water. Our client has a long tradition of developing systems that are carefully designed for each individual application in close collaboration with customers. Each solution is tailored to the customer's specific requirements, leveraging our many years of experience in design and development.
