We are a small, specialized clinic that exclusively works with incontinence treatment for women. Our operations are based on personal interaction, evidence-based methods, and a holistic view of the patient's needs. We are a close-knit team of eight people where the atmosphere is characterized by collaboration, warmth, and professionalism.

About the role

As a midwife with us, you will work with:

• Assessment and treatment of different types of incontinence
• Advice on pelvic floor exercises and training
• Patient education and support in lifestyle changes related to the issues
• Follow-up and individually tailored treatment plans

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed midwife
• Has an interest or experience in incontinence care and pelvic floor health
• Is humble, committed, and has an empathetic approach
• Is confident in patient interactions and used to working independently
• Wants to contribute to a work environment where we uplift and support each other
