Welcome to Södertälje Health Center!
We are looking for you who are a District Nurse/Registered Nurse who wants to be part of our fantastic home care.
Our clinic is located in the center of Södertälje with good transport connections. We prioritize work environment, good cooperation, and well-being. Together we work to provide high-quality primary care for our population.
We run our operations in newly renovated premises centrally in Södertälje. In the same building, there is also Södertälje Child Health Center and Södertälje Center Midwifery Clinic.
Södertälje Health Center has about 10,000 listed patients. We consist of a general practice with a psychosocial team, home care, district nurse clinic, child health care, foot therapist, and rehabilitation coordinator.

About the position
We are looking for you who are a district nurse/registered nurse. We would like you to have a few years of professional experience as a nurse, preferably within primary care, and that you are confident in your competence, but you who are new to your professional role are also welcome to apply.
We are looking for someone who is positive and has an interest in personal and organizational development as our operations grow and adapt to patients' needs. We are in the starting blocks to implement palliative care at home; is this something you are interested in? Perhaps you have another particular area of interest that you would like to implement?
You should be able to take responsibility and work independently while enjoying working in a team. You see solutions instead of problems and have a good ability to prioritize. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period, and the position may be filled if we find the right person for the job.
Qualifications
- Nursing education with experience in primary care and home care.
- You should also have good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system.
- A driving license (B) is required.
- It is an advantage if you have district nurse training.

We are looking for someone who is interested in the mission of primary care and wants to contribute to its development. You are comfortable working independently and making your own decisions while having good collaboration skills. You have a patient-centered approach, are attentive, and flexible in your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Employment form
Permanent employment 100%. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement.

- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
