About us

In Basal home care, we typically work on behalf of health centers or family doctor clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal home care is part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

The Role

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied job where you both lead nursing assistants and conduct home visits to our patients. Your tasks will include simpler medical interventions as well as interventions involving advanced medical equipment and technology. We also handle alarms from 1177 and SOS Alarm.

We document in the TakeCare journal system and use Epsilon as a working tool in the field. You will always have a team of administrative staff to help plan and structure your work.

We operate from the office at Sabbatsberg Hospital near Odenplan, and the patients are located within a defined geographical area. To travel between patient visits, you will use our environmentally certified cars.

Working hours are scheduled nights between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with at least two years of experience 
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Previous work experience in home care is highly meritorious.

You are professional in your interactions and prioritize putting the patient first. You are a positive, engaged, and communicative person who actively wants to contribute to our community and development. You are confident in your professional role, have an easy time collaborating, and possess a broad medical competence. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
