Pharmacist at the Pharmacy

As a pharmacist at Apoteket St:a Ragnhild, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health. Apoteket St:a Ragnhild is centrally located in Södertälje Centrum, in the Kringlan shopping center, 500 meters from the commuter train. We are one of the larger pharmacies with a strong focus on self-care. Currently, we have seven team members consisting of five pharmacists and two advisors, with different areas of responsibility ensuring consistent staffing.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. We support you in your career - as a pharmacist at the pharmacy, you can develop into roles such as medication responsible, sales leader, specialist pharmacist, or why not a role as pharmacy manager.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and help us succeed in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for optimal customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good teamwork skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
