Your role as a Pharmacist for Kronans Apotek Visborg

We are looking for a driven and dedicated pharmacist for our pharmacy Kronans Apotek Visborg. The pharmacy is located in southern Visby, next to Ica Wisborg. In the vicinity, there are many residences, the vibrant Visborg area with workplaces, businesses, restaurants, healthcare center, gym, and more. We have a broad customer base, and besides locals, customers from the entire island and the other side of town visit our pharmacy. We focus on a high level of service for the customer by prioritizing good staffing, competence development among employees, and a well-stocked inventory. You will work together with a lovely team consisting of 6 pharmacists, 1 pharmacy assistant, and 1 pharmacy technician who collectively take great responsibility for the pharmacy and create world-class customer experiences. We have fantastic team cohesion, have fun, and laugh at work. Everyone supports and cares for each other, and we also enjoy socializing outside of working hours. Christina and Elsi, who are co-owners, are also pharmacists and work in the daily operations, making the management always present and accessible. We also involve all employees in both small and large decisions made in the company.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from counseling and sales of medicines and self-care products to working on inventory management, promotional work, quality, and development. The role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks:

• You are responsible for dispensing the correct medication to each customer and offering the best possible customer advice to create a world-class customer experience.
• Create participation within the pharmacy and work for good group dynamics through good cooperation with your colleagues.

The pharmacy is open from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekdays, 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturdays, and 11:00 to 16:00 on Sundays. We offer a full-time permanent position, and you will be welcomed to the team by pharmacy manager Christina Norrby. Desired start date is January 2025 or by agreement. We are looking for a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy graduate. To thrive in the role, we believe that you are passionate about helping our customers with good medication use and health.
