We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of creating efficient digital systems in an analytical, smart, and well-documented way. We need to strengthen our team with an experienced requirements analyst.

You have a relevant university degree in IT or equivalent and documented experience as a requirements analyst. It is important that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

A requirements analyst at IT Center is the spider in the web between business and IT. The role is important for creating a well-functioning IT support. It is about identifying, structuring, and visualizing what the intended solution should do and why. As a requirements analyst, you are responsible for ensuring that relevant stakeholders and their needs are identified. You concretize functional requirements, quality requirements, and legal requirements placed on the solution based on identified needs, and create conditions for common understanding and agreement regarding the requirements of the solution.

You will, among other things, conduct and document requirements analyses, needs and stakeholder analyses, and participate in business analyses and the preparation of material for testing.

You see the big picture but also have the ability to delimit and detail. You have an analytical ability and can quickly immerse yourself in new complex issues. You also have the ability to plan and conduct analyses in a structured way using, for example, workshops, interviews, and observations.

IT Center has overall responsibility for the IT operations of Region Jönköping County. In close cooperation with our customers, we contribute to the development and support of the region's many different operations with good IT solutions. We work in a process-oriented and quality-conscious manner.
