Sigma Industry in Eskilstuna and Västerås is expanding its
departments within production development and is therefore looking for quality developers.

We are looking for skilled quality engineers who
want to be involved in building our departments in
Mälardalen together with us. Do you want to be part of a team with unique expertise for assignments in production development with customers who are world leaders in their respective segments?

As a person, you are engaged, self-driven, have high social competence, and strive to
deliver your utmost. You are attentive to the customer's/project's needs and you
can quickly adapt to the culture. You enjoy making new contacts and
are motivated by independent work where you make your own decisions and actively participate in
teamwork.

We are looking for you who want to work with:

• Driving the development and implementation of management systems
• Participating in customer audits
• Leading internal audits
• Leading process audits and process optimization efforts
• Driving/supporting continuous improvement efforts
• Conducting root cause analyses and training in quality tools
• Developing and implementing quality control plans
• Implementing, training, and coaching in standardized working methods
• Project management
• Risk analyses, FMEA, Poka Yoke, deviation management, etc…

You have relevant technical education at the engineering level and at least 5 years of experience as a quality engineer and you want to continue developing with us.
