Your main responsibilities

As an operator, you will be an important part of the team and contribute to efficient production. You will also work to ensure high machine utilization and low scrap rates by performing your tasks meticulously.

The work follows established processes and steps, but you may also receive other tasks within the organization as needed.

The job involves shift work.

Requirements for the role

To thrive in the role of an operator, you need to have an understanding of safety, quality, and efficiency in production. You will use personal protective equipment and safety tools according to the company's guidelines and report incidents and work-related injuries according to applicable procedures. Following safety regulations and contributing to a safe working environment is essential.

You will contribute to a good physical and mental work environment and engage in health-promoting initiatives. To ensure efficient production, you will carefully follow work instructions and have a good understanding of machine handling.

As part of the team, you will actively participate in improvement efforts and contribute your expertise to develop both the department and the organization. By reporting deviations and sharing relevant information, you help ensure stable and efficient production.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is calm, methodical, and thoughtful. You have analytical skills, are meticulous, and persistent in your work.

You are responsible and carefully follow safety regulations and procedures. At the same time, you are a driving person who enjoys working in a team.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Additional information about the job

The first weeks of work will consist of training at another location. Accommodation and transport will be covered by the company.
