We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT and service to join their growing team of field technicians. As a field technician, you will be key to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service across a range of IT segments.

Field service is the backbone of our business and involves daily support in various areas, including PC, print, Retail, network, assembly and service (no programming), Digital Signage, and various IT-related products. You will be based at our service office and participate in morning meetings to discuss the day's assignments and receive support from your team.

As a field technician, you will have a varied and responsible job, ranging from individual service assignments to group work with larger customers. Provided with a company car, you will travel to our customers' locations and solve problems on-site.

Qualifications

Competence requirements:

• High school education or equivalent knowledge and 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Educational background or experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer support and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Driver's license (B).
