We are a small service company with three employees managing properties with both rental apartments and commercial premises in the Helsingborg area. We perform everything from daily routines with inspections of the exterior and interior areas, as well as handling and resolving maintenance requests. We also carry out renovations and modifications within our portfolio. We have a broad collective competence in the field, and if we do not master something ourselves, we have several partners. Within the company, there is a great opportunity to influence your work situation and plan your tasks. We are looking for someone who is handy, hardworking, and has worked as a property caretaker or property technician or has otherwise acquired knowledge in the field, e.g., with experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, gardening, etc. You should have the ability to see the customer's needs and resolve problems that arise in a professional manner.

As a person, you have a strong work ethic and can work in periods with high tempo and sometimes physically demanding tasks. You are part of the team and contribute to a good atmosphere. In your professional role, you are driven by performing work with high quality, keeping things clean and tidy, both in the properties and around you, and being responsible. The goal is to maintain a high and customer-oriented service level towards tenants and our clients.

We also want you to have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work, as well as work both independently and in a team.

You work independently as well as in a team when needed. Your tasks will consist of exterior and interior maintenance of properties, cleaning, receiving and addressing maintenance requests, and planning and executing repair work in the properties. You will have continuous contact with tenants and manage the ongoing maintenance and operation of the properties.

Some of the tasks may include:

- Performing systematic rounds

- Conducting inspections during move-ins and move-outs

- Planning and executing repairs and ongoing maintenance

- Ordering and following up on property supplies and minor contracting work

- Supervising ventilation, heating, and electrical systems in the properties, as well as replacing maintenance materials, filters, etc.

- Managing smaller projects

- Assisting with service requests and communicating with tenants

- Gardening and green space maintenance

- Cleaning, stair cleaning

- Snow and ice control
