Company Description

Milton Sverige AB is a company that engages in trade, service, and sales of various types of heating products. Milton Sverige AB has offices in Helsingborg and Malmö, and our salespeople and service technicians work nationwide. We perform sales of various heating products as well as service. We also act as technical consultants for larger heating installations. Our service department offers commissioning, service agreements, warranty systems, and technical support for installers.

Job Description

Service, sales, and troubleshooting for both private individuals and companies. We primarily operate within Skåne but also have some assignments outside Skåne. The work also involves upselling our services and products.

We have on-call duty with a rotating schedule for all our service technicians. The on-call period runs from October to May, weekdays: 16-19 and weekends/public holidays: 10-14.

The position will start with a 6-month training period where you will work alongside one of our experienced technicians.

Qualifications

You are meticulous and responsible, with a good ability to communicate with others. As a person, you are social, open, attentive, and clear. You have a helpful attitude towards customers and suppliers. You are flexible and quick to learn. You are ambitious, eager to learn, and highly driven. Since the job involves selling our services and products, we prefer that you are extremely service-minded and work with the customer in focus. Service and upselling at the customer’s site account for a large part of the job. You can work independently and have the ability to handle challenges. Good teamwork skills and an interest in sales and service are prerequisites for you to succeed in your work with us.
