Our growth journey is moving at high speed, and now we, together with Oddwork, are looking for the next key person, a structured and driven Purchasing Manager who wants to help take our supply chain to the next level.As a Purchasing Manager This is where you come in, where the action really happens. You will have significant responsibility from the start and step into a role that you largely shape yourself. Your mission? To drive the purchasing journey forward – with both strategic sharpness and operational decisiveness. You build relationships with our suppliers, ensure that our products are produced and stocked on time and at the right cost. You work closely with product development, contribute with financial input, and optimize our inventory. The position is broad, important – and perfect for you who want to leave your mark on a company in the fast lane.We are looking for someone who... ...wants to take space and make a difference. You are a doer with a sense for structure, analysis, and relationships. You have experience working with Asian suppliers and are driven by improving and streamlining processes. You like to roll up your sleeves and create order in a fast-paced environment. And above all: you want to be part of building something bigger together with a team that prefers to run rather than stand still.To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have a post-secondary education in purchasing, economics, or engineering
• Have worked with suppliers in Asia (preferably with experience in volume purchasing)
• Communicate and write fluently in Swedish & English (Chinese is a big plus)
• Have experience with systems such as Microsoft BC, Power BI, and AGR or similar
• Are analytical, structured, and business-oriented
• Thrive in a role where you can take initiative and drive change
