Bustos Consulting Services AB is a consulting and recruitment company within construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure. Who are you?

We are now looking for someone with at least five years of experience in leadership within the infrastructure/civil engineering industry. For you to feel comfortable in the role, it is essential that you are self-driven and can quickly immerse yourself in new projects. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, results-oriented, driven, structured, and stress-resistant. Furthermore, you work with great commitment and can work well both in a team and independently.

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least five years of experience leading production as a site manager.
• Experience in earthworks, civil engineering, and/or infrastructure.
• Your knowledge of the company's regulations, AMA, is good.
• You communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have a good ability to be clear.
• Driver's license B is a requirement.

It is also advantageous if you have:

• Experience as a managing BAS-P or BAS-U and/or good experience with BIM model management.
• Experience with programs such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Novapoint.
• Good knowledge of the general regulations of the construction and civil engineering industry, AB/ABT, ABK, AMA system.
