What will you do with us?

We are looking for a driven and methodical KMA Manager with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of regulations and standards within quality, environment, and work environment (KMA). In the role of KMA Manager, you play a central role in ensuring that our projects and processes comply with applicable legislation, industry requirements, project-level requirements, and internal guidelines. You are responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving our routines, supporting documents, and quality standards, while also serving as an important support function for the entire organization. With your expertise, you create structure, clarity, and compliance in both strategic and operational KMA matters.

The position is based either at our headquarters in Yngsjö or the local office in Lund. Travel may occur in the role.

 

As KMA Manager, your main responsibilities are:

  • Ensure that the organization operates according to applicable routines, laws, and requirements within KMA.

  • Update and maintain templates, supporting documents, and internal guidelines in Swedish and English.

  • Support projects operationally and strategically in the development of KMA documents, such as KMA plans, self-checks, and risk assessments.

  • Follow up and ensure that design and construction are carried out according to quality standards and legal requirements.

  • Monitor the external environment and inform the organization about new laws, regulations, and requirements within the KMA area.

  • Continuously work with ISO certifications, incident reporting, and chemical management.

  • Conduct self-checks, safety rounds, and environmental rounds on site.

  • Assist in the procurement and contracting of subcontractors, both domestic and foreign.

  • Participate in all phases of the project, from bidding to final inspection, and be the contact person for KMA issues. 

 

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Experience in a similar role within construction, industry, civil engineering, or other process industries. Experience in a similar role within the water sector is an advantage.

  • Education in KMA coordination or another equivalent coordination education is an advantage.

  • Education and/or deep knowledge of legislation regarding quality, environment, work environment, and ISO certification.

  • Strong communication skills to create clarity and consensus among customers, employees, and stakeholders. 

  • Problem-solving ability and the capacity to act quickly and effectively in challenges. 

  • You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and thrive in a coordinating and operational role.

  • We value a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to continuous development.

  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
