Malmö Personal is looking for a construction manager/project leader for NV Skåne.

The assignment is a full-time project or employment planned to last for 2 years. The work can be partially performed remotely, but the main work will take place in the relevant municipality.

Competence requirements

Degree in civil engineering with a focus on construction, alternatively an engineering degree in construction, design, or equivalent, as well as experience in financial management.

Applicants must have several years of experience in leading and driving large projects and contracts, preferably having worked as both a client and a contractor. It is advantageous if you have a) experience working in politically governed organizations. b) a background with a large player such as Skanska/Peab/NCC.

Must hold a B driver's license.

We are now looking for someone who primarily wants to take on the consultant role, but employment with the client may become relevant if such interest arises.

Employment forms: Employed by Malmö Personal or hired as a subcontractor, i.e., you will invoice the agreed fee.
