As Retail Security Manager at Kjell & Company, you will have overall responsibility for our security work in our stores in both Sweden and Norway.

In this role, you will work strategically and operationally to ensure effective and systematic security work throughout the organization. You will drive the security culture and create the right conditions to comply with existing legal requirements and the needs identified in the operations. The work will be operationally focused on mapping and reviewing existing routines and processes, and then also being the one who drives and creates the right conditions to implement relevant changes and follow up on results.

You will be an important support for our leaders in the organization regarding security issues and the development and implementation of relevant training for our staff.

You will also be Kjell and Company's contact person for authorities and other external parties, which requires a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Who are you? You are secure, self-driven, and unpretentious with a strong ability to take initiative and drive change forward. You have previous experience working with security issues and a good insight into the laws and regulations of both countries in the area. Your expertise in the field is broad, and you have good experience in risk assessment and risk management. You are used to working with complex issues and enjoy working both operationally and strategically. We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in security work and security protection issues, preferably within retail
• Has experience from larger organizations with a fast pace and many changes
• Has good communication skills and high collaboration ability
• Good language skills in both Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus)

• The position is based in Malmö
• Travel in the role within and between countries occurs regularly
