The Employment Administration is an operation within Karlskrona Municipality where we have a strong willingness to change and work with a high degree of participation throughout the organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employment coach, you will meet individuals receiving financial assistance and support them through group activities to enter work or studies. You will plan and conduct work-related group lectures on topics such as goals and future, digital skills, CV and cover letters, empowerment, studies, and health. Together with your colleagues, you will develop and adapt activities according to the participants' needs. You will also schedule, plan, and conduct study visits and book external lectures.

The department's units have a cohesive process, and you will collaborate with colleagues in other units.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in behavioral sciences or other education deemed equivalent and suitable for the role by the employer.

You are communicative and clear, have the ability to listen actively and understand others' perspectives to best meet our participants. Previous experience working with empowering and health-promoting initiatives is an advantage.
