In collaboration with Ahlberg Bil in Karlshamn, we at Lernia are looking for a Finance Assistant. You will work in a successful company alongside friendly colleagues, in a fast-paced environment. Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Then you are the one we are looking for!
About the Position
You will be hired by Ahlberg Bil but will primarily work focused on our sister company Bil och Motor i Sydost. We are just starting to assemble our finance function, which will work together for both Ahlberg Bil and Bil och Motor i Sydost. As a finance assistant, you will work with ongoing bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, VAT, and payroll reporting. You will enter a period where there will be some system changes, which will involve working on the setup of our systems.
About You
Formal Competence
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in finance and solid experience in accounting and financial statements. You should have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as experience working with financial systems and programs like Excel. Experience in payroll management and contact with authorities is crucial for you to handle the tasks effectively.
Meritorious
It is an advantage if you have experience working with accounting in the automotive industry. Experience with systems like Kobra, Palette, and Kontek is also highly meritorious. Knowledge of other financial systems than those mentioned can give you an edge.
Employment Information
Immediate start or as agreed/fixed-term employment/full-time/daytime 07:30-16:30/good opportunities for takeover by the client.
