We are now looking for a Vibration Maintenance Technician for Preventive Maintenance in Frövi. You will be part of the Preventive Maintenance team, aimed at ensuring availability and operational reliability of our process equipment. The team consists of technicians and specialists who together are responsible for condition monitoring, analysis, and development of our preventive maintenance.

As a Vibration Maintenance Technician, you will work with advanced vibration monitoring and analysis of rotating equipment. You are a key part of our effort to identify deviations at an early stage and ensure the operational reliability of our facility.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and analyzing data from on-/off-line measurements.
• Monitoring and documenting the status of the facility and suggesting actions.
• Responsible for the hardware and software of the vibration systems.
• Driving improvement work and participating in root cause analyses.
• Participating in planning and execution of major maintenance efforts.
• Having technical contact with external suppliers and partners.
• Participating in projects, operational planning, and training.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Experience in mechanical maintenance in the process industry or other equivalent experience.
• At least completed upper secondary education in, for example, mechanical engineering or equivalent with passing grades. Alternatively, experience that Billerud assesses as equivalent.
• Good system knowledge, focusing on maintenance systems.
• Basic knowledge of rotating equipment.
• Good command of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Basic condition monitoring training in vibration monitoring.
