About the role:

As a Mechanical Designer at Arho AB, you will work with everything from 3D-CAD to planning and executing smaller projects, while also being an important part of larger projects alongside our dedicated team and experienced project managers. You will play a key role in developing and implementing technical solutions for our customers in robotics and automation.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and construction of mechanical solutions in 3D-CAD (SolidWorks)
• Plan and execute smaller projects and support larger projects
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure project progress
• Actively participate in the development and optimization of products and solutions

As a person, we hope you are engaged, solution-oriented, and have a strong interest in technical development. You enjoy working both independently and in teams, and are accustomed to managing multiple parallel projects. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and a genuine interest in contributing to improvements and innovations in robotics and automation.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical technology
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in mechanical design
• Experience working with 3D-CAD, particularly SolidWorks
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in electronics or automation
• Knowledge of robot programming or robotics
