Your Role

In your role, you will design mechanics and may participate in product development projects or work on the development and improvement of existing products. You will model installations and their components, both small and large, considering both dynamic and static load cases, specification reviews for fitting to surrounding machine components, and the creation of drawings.

We need to strengthen our team in Örebro with Mechanical Designers and are looking for someone who wants to work with energy systems, developing machines for the mining industry and/or within the defense or steel industries. You will have several nice colleagues working in different areas who enjoy meeting on office days, having coffee, lunch, or doing something fun together after work.

Your Profile

We place great emphasis on personal qualities and are looking for someone who wants to develop as a mechanical designer. You are someone who enjoys taking on new challenges, is curious, has a positive attitude, and likes to take responsibility. You have a B driver's license and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To meet our customers' needs, you need to have:

• University or Master's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in design work and/or hydraulics or similar.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Creo, Inventor, and/or CatiaV5

If you have experience with strength calculations, it is a merit.
