We are looking for you who are a teacher

As a teacher at Realgymnasiet, you create conditions for learning and guide students based on a given educational concept and the program's educational goals. You plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching. Furthermore, you continuously work to assess goal fulfillment and communicate this to the student together with the mentor. You participate in team work and are expected to collaborate with colleagues. In close cooperation with your teaching, there are mentors and student health at the school.

Together, you create an attractive school that provides students with very good conditions for active learning.

You will likely teach Riding, Horse Knowledge, Natural Resource Management, Driving with Horses, and Graduation Project (or equivalent subjects in Gy25). Work with APL is included in the position.

We collaborate with Lunds Civila Ryttarförening, where a large part of the teaching takes place. Teaching on-site at the school is also relevant for the position.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, we would like you to have:

• Teaching certification with authorization to teach in Horse Management and Natural Resource Management.
• Riding instructor and/or hippologist education.
• Previous experience as a teacher in high school.

You have a very good pedagogical insight and are well acquainted with governing documents, both Gy11 and Gy25.
