What does the role entail?As a Sales Coordinator, you are a key player in optimizing our sites and creating a smooth and inspiring shopping experience for our customers. You actively work with merchandising, analyze customer behaviors, and ensure that the right products are visible at the right time. Together with your team, you work to increase conversion, maximize sales, and improve user experience.
Your main responsibilities include...
- Optimization and merchandising – ensuring our sites are inspiring and easy to navigate
- Analysis of customer behaviors – identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the shopping experience
- Pricing and campaign management – optimizing dynamic pricing and administering campaigns and price lists
- Creating newsletters – creating and scheduling mailings to drive sales
- Search engine optimization – analyzing search behaviors and improving the visibility of our products
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is curious, driven, and has a passion for e-commerce and digital sales. You enjoy analyzing numbers, testing new ideas, and seeing the results of your work.

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Have good knowledge of the Office suite – experience with Excel is a plus!
This position is a permanent full-time employment starting as soon as possible by agreement.
The location is at our lovely office in Kalmar.
