We are looking for motivated salespeople for Telenor's customer service for business clients!

Uniflex is seeking salespeople for Telenor's business customer service in Kalmar. You will be located at our client's bright and fresh offices at Varvsholmen in Kalmar. The client invests heavily in their staff, and there are good development opportunities within the company. They actively work to attract motivated, engaged, and inspiring personnel.
As part of our team, you will be Telenor's face to the outside world and a representative for both Telenor's products and brand. In this role, you will not only assist business customers with their inquiries regarding invoices, mobile telephony, subscriptions, and technical support, but you will also identify the customer's needs and offer tailored solutions in an inspiring and engaging manner.

The employment is full-time with a start date of May 12. Working hours are varied and scheduled during customer service hours on weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM. The employment begins with training to give you the best conditions for success in your new job. You will receive a fixed salary according to the agreement and have the opportunity for commission.
To succeed in this role, it is an advantage if you have:
Experience in sales or customer contact – but the most important thing is your willingness to learn
The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
Good computer skills
Complete high school diploma
