Are you a site manager with experience in prefabricated concrete structures and qualifications in Concrete Class 1 (at least Concrete Class 2)? Then this could be the next step in your career!

The role of site manager is initially for an industrial project (Design-Build) within the energy segment in Luleå. You may live in Stockholm and surrounding areas, but are open to commuting to Luleå/Boden for your first project.

The position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the position

You will also:

• Ensure a safe, qualitative, and efficient construction site.
• Manage work, scheduling, financial follow-up, as well as documentation and reporting.
• You will work closely with both the construction team, the client, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.

The position is full-time with a permanent employment and planned start as new projects are confirmed during the spring and summer.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience with prefabricated concrete structures
• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Experience interpreting AMA and AF parts
• Bas U / Bas P
• Concrete Class 2 (Preferably Concrete Class 1 - for the right person it can be obtained through the client)
• Previous experience working with authorities/government projects
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driving license B
• You either live in the local area or are willing to have a varied work schedule if you live in another part of Sweden. If you live in another location and are willing to travel to Luleå for work on this project (the plan is that there will be new projects in other parts of Sweden in the future):

- The work schedule may vary, but will mainly consist of seven working days followed by seven days off. The employer will also take responsibility for accommodation and other compensations related to the assignment agreement.
