Administrator/Billing Officer for Authority Operations

The authority operations are part of the care and welfare office and are located at Lindövägen 5A. Various functions such as administrators, coordinators, assistance officers, and billing officers work here to support residents by investigating, making decisions, and following up on services based on their individual needs.

Your responsibilities

As an administrator/billing officer with us, you will have a broad and important role. You will work with advanced administrative tasks and be a crucial cog in managing fees, compiling documentation, and providing both internal service and service to residents.

You will work in various operational systems such as Raindance, Heroma, and Combine. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and other professionals within our organization and will be involved in our development work going forward.

You will make authority decisions both as an administrator (simplified assistance decisions) and as a billing officer (fee decisions, decisions on double housing costs). Periodically, the work will be more intense and require focus, efficiency, and accuracy.

Who are you?

We see that you have completed upper secondary education, preferably with post-secondary education in administration or economics. Several years of experience in advanced administrative work is a requirement.

You possess good knowledge of relevant and current operational systems, are skilled at analyzing data, and have a holistic perspective on the issues you handle. Having worked in authority operations before is a requirement to be considered for the position.

You are used to working independently and organizing your work to meet deadlines. You have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing, and you are a structured and curious person who thrives in a dynamic work environment where service and collaboration skills are important competencies.
