Case Handler for Fraud and Application Matters

We are looking for a Case Handler for fraud and application matters on behalf of our client Swedbank. This role involves systematically reviewing, investigating, and resolving cases related to suspected fraud. The position is a consultancy assignment via Adecco with an immediate start and initially lasts for six months. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for extension.

Responsibilities

Review, assess, and investigate suspected fraud or applications
Follow up on cases and gather additional information as needed
Carefully log and catalog cases in the system and ensure accurate documentation
Collaborate with other departments and clients to investigate and resolve cases
Prioritize and manage incoming fraud-related cases effectively
Contribute to the ongoing transition from manual case cataloging to a fully digital process in handling

About You

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and the ability to follow processes closely. You should have a good ability to review materials, ask the right questions, and solve complex problems effectively. It is also important that you can handle a varying workload and prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in fraud cases or application handling is a plus but not a requirement. We also appreciate a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to new digital tools and systems.
