What will you be working on?

We offer a range of services within the service industry, such as receptionist and office host. Common to all roles is delivering world-class service! We are looking for someone who is a cheerful and outgoing person with a strong sense of structure and order. You are fearless, love meeting new people, and thrive in a flexible role with varied tasks. You will be the natural contact in operational matters regarding office operations and responsible for ensuring that our delivery is executed efficiently and service-focused.

Some examples of tasks:

• Welcome visitors and guests with a high-class level
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Ensure that the office is in top condition and actively work on improvements and finding solutions
• Plan and execute daily operational tasks such as office services, ensuring coffee and fruit are replenished and mail is received
• Some administration such as following up and managing error reports

Who are you?

• Welcoming and service-minded
• Quick to learn, unpretentious, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in both Swedish and English to communicate with customers and guests
• Experienced with the Office package and have an easy time adapting to new digital systems
• For certain roles, experience in customer service and/or a B driver's license is an advantage

Additional information and contact details:

• Employment type: Hourly employment/temporary full-time position 100%. Summer period with varying needs depending on the role between June – August 2025.
• Working hours: Weekdays during office hours between 7 AM and 6 PM, depending on the position
