The Viktor Rydberg Schools Foundation is an organization driven by a clear and stated vision and operational idea, aimed at being at the forefront of pedagogical development and contributing to the overall improvement of the Swedish school system. Therefore, they provide great pedagogical freedom to employees, whose ideas help drive the operations forward, complemented by careful evaluation and follow-up. The students' expressed and implied needs, wishes, and expectations guide the operations. We have built a culture of teamwork in a bilingual environment, where both Swedish and English are working languages. Each school has its own management team, which provides short decision-making paths and contributes to a creative work environment. The foundation has extensive experience in applying IT, both pedagogically and administratively, and provides the systems and technical tools that our teachers need in all aspects of their work.
