Järfälla Municipality is an innovative and forward-thinking municipality that is growing the most in Greater Stockholm. Our employees are our most important asset. Our HR department consists of the HR unit and the payroll unit. In the HR unit, we have gathered HR strategists, HR consultants, a negotiation manager, an object specialist, and an HR administrator. Our mission is to support and coach managers, primarily by developing strategies and processes within the HR area but also through practical work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main task is to support and assist managers in the recruitment process, primarily within the community building administration but also within the municipal executive administration. The main focus of your assignment is to support managers in executive recruitments and specialist recruitments. You will work with recruitment processes, develop our working methods, and ensure that the recruitment process follows the established guidelines and that the user perspective is taken into account.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formally, we want you to have:

• an academic education in HR, behavioral science, or another area that the employer finds adequate for the role
• experience in competency-based recruitment
• experience in driving recruitment processes from start to finish with associated recruitment administration
• experience in executive recruitment and recruitment of hard-to-fill positions
• experience with psychological tests
• the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Personality-wise, we are looking for someone who is structured and has the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You are skilled at meeting deadlines and finding solutions to problems that arise. You easily empathize with others, listen actively, show consideration, and maintain calm and a positive attitude even when there is a lot to do.

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in employer branding and talent supply
• experience in recruitment in public sector
• experience in search and target group-adapted marketing
• experience in building a candidate database/network

In this recruitment, we will use psychological tests.
