Warehouse Manager at Arbetsskydd Express AB

We are looking for a driven and experienced warehouse manager for Arbetsskydd Express AB, a growing company in Helsingborg. Arbetsskydd Express AB is a manufacturer of workwear, work gloves, and personal protective equipment that has offered safety products for various industries for over 40 years. They work closely with their customers and have together driven the development towards better, smoother, and safer products. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team as well as ensuring efficiency and quality in warehouse operations. You will also be part of the management team, where you will actively contribute to the development of the business and participate in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• The majority of your workday will be spent in daily operations with tasks such as order picking, printing, packing, and shipping.
• Leading and developing a team of eight employees.
• Planning and executing daily warehouse activities.
• Ensuring that the warehouse maintains high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
• Responsible for internal recruitment, training, and management of new employees.
• Monitoring KPIs and metrics to ensure goal fulfillment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with other departments, including purchasing and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
• Actively participating in the management team and contributing to strategic decisions for the company's development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has leadership experience, preferably in warehousing or production.
• Has experience in recruitment and training of new employees.
• Can make quick decisions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Has good communication skills and understands the importance of teamwork.
• Has experience in warehouse work and warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
