Who are you?

Nexer in Västerås is now looking to strengthen the team with more developers in C/C++.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of professional experience in C/C++ development and experience working with embedded systems. Experience with Simulink and/or Linux is also a plus.

For this role, you preferably have a technical education such as a master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

It is a significant advantage if you have experience working in the defense industry.

If you enjoy problem-solving, coming up with creative solutions, and have an interest in innovation, we think you should give yourself the chance to become part of our team.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

Nexer in Västerås is in a growth phase, and we want to grow! Today, we are a group of 12 consultants with a broad mix of skills in software and hardware development, project management, and SCADA.

The assignments are with our clients who operate in both the public and private sectors. Many of our private sector clients are building tomorrow's products and are involved in power engineering, the defense industry, and automated industry. In the public sector, we have clients all over the country. As a consultant, you work either on-site with the client, in our own premises, or from home, often in a hybrid combination. You work independently on the assignment or as part of a team with several colleagues from Nexer.
