Who are you?

Nexer in Västerås is now looking to strengthen the team with several fullstack developers focusing on Java.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Java as well as good knowledge of Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Experience working with Kubernetes for deployment and management of microservices.
• Experience in TypeScript and practical experience with frameworks such as React.
• Worked agile, based on Scrum or Kanban.

It is a significant plus if you have experience from the public sector.

For this role, you preferably have a technical education such as a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing, is a requirement.

Who are we at Nexer in Västerås?

Nexer in Västerås is in a growth phase, and we want to expand! Today, we are a group of 12 consultants with a wide mix of skills in software and hardware development, project management, and SCADA. In 2025, we will focus on bringing in more consultants with experience in Java and other IT skills, and we hope you will be one of them.

The assignments are with our clients operating in both the public and private sectors. Many of our clients in the private sector are building tomorrow's products and are involved in power engineering, defense industry, and automated industry. In the public sector, we have clients all over the country. As a consultant, you will either work on-site with the client, in our own facilities, or from home, often in a hybrid combination. You will work independently on the assignment or be part of a team with several colleagues from Nexer.
