Your Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced team leader for our team of software developers. You will lead a smaller, high-performing team of 6-8 people and play a vital role in creating a work culture characterized by continuous improvement, high quality, and effective collaboration.

As a team leader with us, you will be both a leader and work on the operational development within C# and .NET. In your role as team leader, you will ensure that the team meets its goals and delivers high-quality solutions, and with your expertise in C# and .NET, you will be involved in developing advanced software solutions for support systems for Gripen called Mission Support System (MSS).

Please note that you will work 100% on-site.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a degree in engineering or equivalent education, and experience in software development, particularly focused on Windows applications. Additionally, you have knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies.

To thrive in this role, we also see that you have experience in a leadership position and that you are confident in your skills and leadership. You have a good ability to motivate and lead your team forward in an inspiring and engaging way. You are communicative and attentive and contribute to a trusting work climate.

It is considered a merit if you have experience in open source development or personal projects in software development.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
