IT Specialist Wanted at FMV

About the Position

In your role as an IT specialist, you will primarily work with operations, management, and also development for the client services used by the entire FMV. You will work both proactively to manage and develop the services and reactively in terms of incident management and order management as well as other relevant processes.

You will be supervised by a service area manager and will be part of an organization that is jointly interested, involved, and responsible for existing information systems, services, processes, and routines. If needed, you will also support other projects within the Infrastructure Staff.

The position is located in Stockholm or Arboga.

If placed in Arboga, 2–3 days a week are expected to be spent in Stockholm. Other business trips may also occur.

About You

We are looking for someone who has at least a high school education and several years of relevant and current experience and knowledge of the operation and management of client solutions based on Windows. To succeed in the role, you also have knowledge and enjoy working with client platforms based on Windows. Furthermore, you have experience with Windows 10 and 11, GPO management, SCCM, as well as knowledge of image management and application distribution.

We would like you to have experience working with ServiceNow or equivalent case management tools. Likewise, if you have experience with Active Directory and Powershell. Additionally, knowledge of or experience with ITIL and information security work is an advantage. We also believe that you will have a shorter ramp-up time if you have experience implementing client solutions in enterprise environments.

You also have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
