Do you want a varied job where you support people in their daily lives? We are looking for nursing assistants for home care in central Vetlanda - a close-knit group with long experience, where we support each other and always have a laugh and care close at hand. With us, your workdays vary depending on the client's needs. In home care, we help people meet their needs, both socially and culturally as well as physically. In their home, in an environment where they feel safest.

The tasks include everything from personal care and medical interventions to managing household chores. We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and feels confident taking responsibility and making decisions. You are flexible, easy to collaborate with, and see the importance of creating security and participation in the client's daily life.

With us, you have the opportunity to develop, both through continuous training in work techniques and communication, as well as through various representative roles. The job involves working during the day, evening, and weekends. Most of the time, you work independently, but colleagues are never more than a phone call away.

The positions are permanent and the scope is 85-90 percent, with the possibility of flexible hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant.
Experience in the healthcare profession is an advantage.
Driver's license (B) and access to a personal vehicle.
We value personal qualities.
Criminal record extract.
