We are currently looking for staff for a special assignment at Kärna nursing home. The position is for a resident who needs help and support with all care and nursing. Staff intervention is required around the clock. Therefore, we are looking for hourly and summer substitutes for day/evening and night shifts with work every other weekend.

Job Responsibilities

The position includes all help and support in daily life. You will perform many medical interventions, and training will be provided for this. There will be close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, as well as other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications

You have good computer skills and knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You should be interested in working with people, have a professional demeanor, be attentive, responsible, and carry out your duties with the current person at the center and in focus. In addition, you are flexible and have the ability to take initiative, work in a structured manner, follow decisions made, and easily collaborate and cooperate in both small and large contexts.

To succeed in the job, you should have good collaboration skills, work with quality awareness, and create trusting relationships. As a person, you are empathetic, flexible, self-driven, and responsible.

For this position, you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car or live in the nearby area.

Meritorious:

• It is an advantage if you have formal training as a nursing assistant or other education in care and nursing.
• Previous experience as a personal assistant.
• Have similar experience in handling various machines according to given medical interventions.
