Are you curious about the connection between work and health and want to work to provide people with good conditions for a sustainable work and private life? Falck is now seeking a licensed psychologist to be based in Heden, Gothenburg.
Working as a licensed psychologist at Falck Health and Workplace means you will influence one of Sweden's future industries, where your broad expertise is in demand and highly valued by our clients across various sectors; both private and public, large and small enterprises. You will deliver services both digitally and physically to local and national clients. This provides an interesting variation in your job, and you will encounter a wide range of cultures and individuals.
You will work closely with experienced and helpful colleagues such as company doctors, occupational nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational safety engineers, rehabilitation coordinators, and others who work consultatively and collaboratively with our clients and their employees with good results.
The position is flexible and can include a wide variety of tasks, both implementing interventions at the group and organizational level in the form of lectures, assessments, and group supervision, as well as assignments at the individual level.
We are looking for a licensed psychologist with interest and experience in;
- organizational assignments, e.g., workplace assessments with analysis and action proposals, mediation, group development
- working with groups/workshops and conducting training/lectures
- support conversations, where you have used methodologies in conversation and treatment, preferably CBT, ACT, or FACT
You should also;
- be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- have good computer skills and interest, and preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods.
Meritorious;
- further education in or experience in the area of organizational and social work environment
- experience in occupational health

- driven and knowledgeable about the connection between individual, group, and organization, with the ability to translate that into effective interventions in relation to the client
- communicative with sensitivity to the client's needs

Other:
Permanent employment starting September 1, 2025. Full-time position, working hours on weekdays 8-17.
The position may involve travel, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
