Your new position

As our new Project Manager, you will be part of our Installation team in Stockholm, consisting of 40 driven and competent colleagues with various roles and experiences. Together, we work to develop the future's technical solutions in Electrical and HVAC and contribute to sustainable communities, both for public and private clients.

We handle both large and small assignments, delivering concrete solutions that support technical implementation and help our clients achieve their sustainability goals. Many of our projects are multidisciplinary and are driven in close collaboration with other business areas. By utilizing Ramboll's global knowledge bank, we ensure integrated and effective solutions that meet complex challenges.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for designing and advising on technology within infrastructure projects (power, lighting, ducting underground).
• Collaborate and coordinate with other technical areas.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues in projects.
• Support project managers in daily operations with various tasks.
• Be part of the work on new digital solutions that can streamline our working methods and create new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues both nationally and internationally.

The work takes place at our headquarters in Södermalm or alternatively a hybrid solution.

About you

• Several years of experience in infrastructure projects as a designer or consulting project manager.
• Experience working with AutoCAD/MagiCAD, Civil 3D, and knowledge of industry standards such as VGU, quantity lists according to AMA, Dialux Evo.
• Engineering degree or equivalent education in electrical engineering.
• Innovative thinking and a desire to challenge yourself, clients, and the industry.
• Curiosity about digitalization and how we can develop our offerings for the benefit of our clients.
• Business acumen and a natural ability to build trustful relationships.
• Ability to collaborate across both technical and geographical boundaries.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
