Who are you?

As a construction engineer, you will work closely with the site manager and support them on-site. This means you will handle administration (change management), take minutes and participate in various meetings, prepare minor purchases, bid calculations, send out FFU, production calculations, invoice management, and forecasts, which requires that you have prior experience. We also expect that you, as an applicant, have a background in one of the following areas: housing, new construction – extensions and have experience in project management and cost estimation. As a person, you are flexible in your working methods if needed, but you are also experienced in working within projects. It is fundamental that you are self-driven but can also collaborate with others. You are meticulous and strong in the administrative aspects and always deliver on time. You are also communicative, structured, solution-oriented, and engaged in the project.

Qualifications:

• Have participated in at least three projects from start to finish.
• You have good knowledge of the construction industry - general regulations AB04/ABT06, ABK, AMA system.
• Experience as a responsible BAS-P or BAS-U and/or good familiarity with BIM model management.
• You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good ability to be clear.
• Driving license B is a requirement.

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience in pre-projects and projects in developments and reinvestments.
• Good knowledge of how to use programs such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Novapoint.
