Who are you? To thrive in the role of site manager, it is fundamental that you have a knack for leadership. You are flexible and easily adapt to new projects. We prefer that you have a background in one of the following areas: maintenance – new construction as well as renovation and that you also have several years of experience in these types of projects. Your character is characterized by being solution-oriented, results-oriented, driven, structured, and stress-resistant. Furthermore, you work with great commitment and can work well both in a team and independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of experience in a similar role or several years of experience in the construction industry.
• Has good knowledge of the company's regulations AMA.
• Communicates well in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing, and has a good ability to be clear.
• Has a B driver's license

Additionally, it is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience as a managing BAS-P or BAS-U and/or good experience with BIM model management.
• Experience with programs such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Novapoint
• Good knowledge of the construction and civil engineering industry's general regulations AB/ABT, ABK, AMA system.
• Previous experience working as a consultant
