Bustos Consulting Services AB is a consulting and recruitment company in construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure. Who are you?

To fit the role of estimator, you need to have previous experience in the construction and contracting industry and/or civil engineering. If you have a background as a skilled worker, it is an advantage, but not a requirement. As an estimator/bid engineer, you will be involved in the initial phase. Your responsibilities include responding to incoming inquiries, preparing complete and finalized bid proposals based on the conditions of each inquiry, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, and being responsible for projects at various stages. Your character as an estimator is characterized by being a good relationship builder, having a business sense that can contribute to developing business, being structured, and actively seeking new projects to bid on.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of documented experience in the role of estimator or a similar position.
• Possesses good knowledge of contract law, construction production, and working methods.
• Has good knowledge of the general terms of the construction and civil engineering industry AB04, ABT, ABK, AMA system.
• Has calculated both public and private procurements.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has good skills in MS Excel.

It is an advantage if:

• You have previous experience working as a consultant.
