Bustos Consulting Services AB is a consulting and recruitment company in construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure. Who are you?

As a construction engineer, you will work closely with the site manager and support them on-site. This means you will be involved in administration (ÄTA management), documenting and participating in various meetings, making minor purchases, handling invoices, and forecasts, which requires previous experience. We also expect you to have a background in one of the following areas: infrastructure, BEST, land/construction, railway, maintenance, and experience in project planning and cost estimation. As a person, you are flexible in your work approach if needed, but you are also experienced in working within projects. It is fundamental that you are self-driven but can also collaborate with others. You are meticulous and strong in the administrative aspects and always deliver on time. You are also communicative, structured, solution-oriented, and engaged in the project.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an engineering degree or equivalent work experience in civil engineering.
• Has extensive experience in production calculations, cost monitoring, and construction law.
• Has at least five years of experience as a construction engineer in civil engineering and/or infrastructure.
• Has good knowledge of the general regulations of the construction and civil engineering industry AB/ABT, ABK, AMA, MER system.
• Is well-versed in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and has a good ability to be clear.
• Has a valid driver's license B.

Additionally, it is advantageous if you have:

• Experience with 2D/3D CAD.
• Previous work experience as a consultant.
