Do you want to be part of where it happens?

As a site manager with us, you will be responsible for directing and leading the daily production in the project towards set goals with a focus on sustainability, productivity, work environment, quality, and profitability. You will lead the daily work of our skilled employees and subcontractors and maintain close contact with our clients and suppliers. Since a large part of the job consists of coordinating, planning, and leading, we expect you to be a structured person who enjoys finding the right solutions in projects.

In the role of site manager, it is crucial that you, in addition to technical knowledge in your field, also possess good leadership skills. As a leader in the project, your primary task is to bring together a successful team and motivate your team to achieve common goals.

You will, among other things:

• Plan, lead, direct, document, and follow up on production activities.
• Ensure that assigned tasks regarding work environment, quality, and environment are performed according to established rules and requirements.
• Steer towards sustainable profitability goals and other project goals.

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience as a site manager in land and construction projects, focusing on land and primarily water and sewage systems.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience as a skilled worker.

As a person, you are positive and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You have order around you, enjoy working in a team, and contribute to the team's well-being. You are driven and do not hesitate to come up with ideas if you see that something can be done better, safer, and more efficiently.

Other important qualities you possess are good communication skills and leadership ability. You have a natural ability to inspire and motivate your team towards common goals.
