About the position

We are looking for a team member for HR support for our client. The company is a world-leading provider of transport solutions and, together with partners and customers, drives the transition to a sustainable transport system. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues and other members of the People & Culture team. Your team consists of 4 dedicated colleagues, a mix of both administrators and specialists, all sharing a passion for HR, customer support, continuous improvement, and an outstanding global HR practice. The position is based in Södertälje.

Your responsibilities

You will analyze and resolve questions regarding global HR processes and the HR system MySuccess. You will also be a key person in how the People & Culture team develops its customer support by taking responsibility for driving improvements in work methods, strengthening customer support, and continuously improving the knowledge base in ServiceNow, as well as ensuring effective management of the case flow.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitor, distribute, and respond to questions related to global HR processes and the HR system MySuccess from level 1 support and end users via level 1
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively improve the content and structure of the knowledge base
  • Systematically investigate customer inquiries and issues escalated from first-line support, troubleshoot to find solutions or escalate further to global process owners and product owners
  • Support the collection of business requirements to express needs for improvements in the knowledge base and change requests for end-to-end processes and HR system functionality
  • Drive smaller projects and improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to clarity regarding how processes and support models deliver in relation to KPIs and SLAs
  • Plan and conduct training and provide proactive guidance to level 1 support and end users
  • Spend time and focus on developing knowledge and understanding of the organization's guidelines and processes to ensure that your own work adheres to these standards

Your qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to be a structured and solution-oriented person with a strong ability to analyze and manage HR-related issues. You enjoy providing support and guidance, have a proactive attitude, and see opportunities for improvement in both processes and working methods. Your communication skills are crucial, both in writing and speaking, and you are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders. Additionally, you are self-driven, take responsibility for your work, and have a natural talent for planning and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR or 3–5 years of relevant work experience in the HR field, particularly in HR administration and understanding of HR processes
  • Solution-oriented with a “can-do” attitude and ability to think innovatively, focusing on employee experience
  • Ability to provide excellent support and understand the customer's need for both speed and accuracy
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of HR processes, as well as the ability to independently guide and coach HR managers and employees regarding relevant routines, regulations, and guidelines
  • Strongly developed ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments on time and in line with the organization's goals
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with strong written and verbal skills in English

Meritorious:

  • Experience from working in a service organization or in a service-oriented role

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for at least 6 months, with a good chance of extension. Immediate start.
