Gardener Wanted

TrädgårdsHuset is looking for a gardener specializing in shrubs/trees and perennials

We are a garden center located in southern Stockholm, Skarpnäck. We focus on a wide variety of plants, with an emphasis on knowledge and quality.

We are looking for someone with a gardening education and good experience in the field, but it is also important that you can take care of customers in the best way. You will work alongside experienced gardeners who have been with us for a long time.

Customer support and broad and deep product knowledge are key principles in our business.

We want you to have;

* Gardening education or equivalent knowledge.

* Many years of experience with good plant knowledge.

* Experience in listening to customers and helping them articulate their wishes.

* We believe it is an advantage to have worked in smaller companies in the gardening industry with all that entails being versatile and taking on significant responsibility.

* Experience in providing advice to customers.

The position includes, among other things:

* Sales of shrubs, trees, and perennials

* Creating garden environments that showcase possibilities for the customer

* Meeting with customers

* Working both individually and in a team

Requirements:

* Extensive plant knowledge

* Ability to work independently

* Love customer interactions

* Stress-resistant and accustomed to juggling multiple tasks

* You must enjoy working with colleagues

* Ability to take significant responsibility and work both individually and in a team.

* Gardening education

* Strong interest in plants

Employment: Seasonal employment from April to September, possibly longer depending on the weather

Working hours: Approximately 40 hours/week with a rotating schedule that also includes some weekends.
