Since the mid-90s, HomeMaid's employees have helped thousands of customers achieve a cleaner, more pleasant everyday life by providing home cleaning, corporate cleaning, property cleaning, window cleaning, and much more. This is the simple, clear idea on which HomeMaid was founded in 1997: to make everyday life easier for its customers. It quickly proved to be a successful concept.

Since 2000, the head office has been located in Halmstad, but HomeMaid is now present from Skåne in the south to Sundsvall in the north. The company has been publicly listed since November 2005. As a member of Almega's industry organization for household services, we advocate for insurance, pension agreements, and workplace safety. We naturally have collective agreements and, together with our approximately 1300 employees, we build a strong value-driven workplace with the vision Better Together. We currently have 4 companies in the group and generate approximately 500 million SEK in revenue.

We are now looking for a business-oriented Controller

We are looking for an engaged and driven controller for our head office in Halmstad. You will work with controlling for the entire group and have three colleagues in your team. With us, you will become, in addition to being a key person in reporting and analysis, a cultural bearer to create a good working environment and close collaboration both in the office and with our local offices and subsidiaries across the country.

As a controller with us, we promise you a varied and operationally close role. Among other things, you will work with and partially be responsible for:

• Ongoing reporting within sales and profitability
• Ongoing business analyses
• Development, coordination, and improvements of reports and analysis tools
• Support within the team

You will report to the Business Controller

Who are you?

As a person, you are analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous, as well as a team player who enjoys working closely with the business. We want you to be driven and self-sufficient to develop and improve processes, reporting, and systems. You have good collaboration skills and a humble attitude, as it is important to help each other and pitch in where needed. You have high ambitions and a strong desire to grow in the role while having a genuine interest in the industry and valuing relationships with colleagues.

Your background:

• Degree in economics or equivalent
• Relevant work experience, preferably from the service sector
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Very good ability to use financial systems and IT tools
• Preferably experience with BI tools
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
